After many years of leading a 3-year training program, her focus has shifted toward individual sessions and her highly regarded 2-Day Intensives. For several years now, she has been welcoming small groups of two or three participants into her home in Naarden. These intimate gatherings create a powerful space for transformation, where being present for one another’s sessions offers profound insight and enrichment for everyone involved.
Tilke has also made significant contributions to the international Breathwork community. She served as President of the International Breathwork Foundation from 2001 to 2004 and is a board member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
She is the author of The Art of Integrative Therapy: Healing the Past on a Soul Level, as well as numerous articles on Breathwork and the Psychology of Selves. Her writings, including pieces on Hot Water Breathwork and Cold Water Breathwork, have been published in The Healing Breath Journal and the Atman Journal.
With her wealth of knowledge, her warm presence, and her lifelong dedication to healing, Tilke continues to inspire and guide people toward deeper connection, inner freedom, and soul-level healing.

| Since 1979, Tilke has been practicing and teaching Breathwork, Voice Dialogue, NLP and the dynamics of relationship, in Holland, Germany, France and Spain. She has long-standing experience in both individual and group work as breathwork therapist, coach, supervisor and trainer. She studied the Psychology of Selves with Hal and Sidra Stone, as well as NLP, Family Constellations, Polarity Therapy and Massage. She is co Founder and director of the Institute for Integrative Breathwork Therapy. She is an Avatar Master and has been president of IBF from 2001-2004 .
